Privacy notice

Zarbaft is an emerging brand operated by a company yet to be established. This website collects information you choose to provide through its forms. Customer enquiries include your name, email, collection or reference of interest and message. Partner introductions also include your business name, registered address, country, contact person, phone and mobile numbers, website, optional social links and your label’s story. Product submissions include your descriptions, catalogue categories, images, availability and commercial prices. Forms record your contact consent.

We use these details to respond to customer enquiries, review partner submissions and coordinate the relevant request. We do not use enquiry submissions for unrelated marketing without separate permission. The enquiry form is intended to be processed through Netlify Forms, which may store submissions on our behalf. Access is limited to the site operators.

When business accounts are available, Supabase processes account authentication, business profiles, product descriptions, commercial prices and uploaded images on our behalf. Product submissions and review messages are accessible to the submitting business and authorised Zarbaft operators. Internal review notes are restricted to operators. Selected content is published only after review and agreement. Account sessions use browser storage to keep you signed in; sign out on shared devices. Private account and review routes do not initialise analytics.

We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage your request, then delete it when no longer necessary. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@zarbaft.art for customer enquiries or business@zarbaft.art for partner submissions.

Technical hosting logs may be processed by our hosting provider for security and service operation. This notice will be updated with the registered business details and a dedicated privacy contact before commercial launch.

This website does not currently accept purchases or payments.
