A simple process, done carefully
How to order.

Explore a design. Share its reference. We check sourcing and availability, then provide a personal quotation for your review.
Zarbaft accepts orders through direct enquiry and personal confirmation. We curate each selection around your preferences, rather than offering instant online checkout. We do not display fixed prices online. Before you place an order, we will confirm the quoted price, specifications, estimated timing, delivery arrangements, payment requirements and applicable cancellation and return terms in writing. An enquiry is not a commitment to purchase.
01
Browse the edit
Start with The Edit — the silhouettes and design directions we're exploring. Availability changes often. If something you liked is no longer shown, reach out; we can discuss what is currently possible.
02
Tell us what caught your eye
If a piece has a reference code beneath its photograph, include that code in your message. Otherwise, send us the design name or describe the piece you're interested in. Include your preferred size, colour and delivery country if you know them. You can mention something you saw on Instagram or elsewhere, too.
03
We reply with what's available
We will check whether the selected design can be sourced or made, and explain confirmed options or possible alternatives. Nothing shown in the editorial portfolio should be assumed to be available inventory.
04
Choose your size
You can start with our sizing guide or prepare a measurement worksheet. Standard sizes, custom stitching and the measurements a maker can accommodate depend on the selected piece; we'll confirm what's possible before an order is agreed.
05
Review the details
We take time to understand your preferences and agree on the design, measurements where applicable, price and delivery details. We will provide a personal quotation stating the price, specifications, estimated timeline, delivery arrangements, payment requirements and applicable cancellation and return terms. Your order proceeds only after you accept the quotation and terms. An enquiry alone does not confirm an order.
06
Making and dispatch
If a piece can be supplied or made, we'll explain the applicable production and dispatch timeline before you commit. Production and dispatch timelines are confirmed individually for each order.
07
Delivery
Shipping destinations, costs, tracking, estimated arrival and any customs charges will be discussed when the details of a possible order are confirmed.
08
After delivery
If an agreed order arrives damaged, defective or different from what was confirmed, contact us promptly with photographs so we can review the issue and explain the applicable remedy.
A note on availability
Small numbers. Thoughtful alternatives.
Our selection is deliberately small. Materials and colours can change between selections, so a piece you liked earlier may not be available now. Message us anyway. We'll reply with what's currently available, plus similar designs and colours we think you'll like.
A note on custom pieces
Made to fit, where possible.
Custom stitching may be possible for selected designs, subject to confirmation. We can help you prepare measurements, then discuss fit, feasibility, timing and any applicable terms before proceeding. Please don't assume a piece can be customised until we confirm it.
